Niky & Mauro are a couple of publicists, photographers and bird guides. Both They are nationally recognized for their work in bird education and conservation. They are travelers inspired by birds pursuing creative ideas for the wellbeing of the planet, human balance, seeking to transform lives through birds.
Niky is a Publicist, photographer and environmentalist birdfluencer. She worked in commercial areas, events and radio, mostly focused on human relations. Since 2021 she has dedicated her life to the management of Birds Colombia as Content Director and the direction of the Guardian of the birds project.
Mauricio Ossa, is Publicist from the University of Manizales. He has worked in Advertising Agencies and was Marketing Manager at RCN Radio and Caracol Radio. He is Currently Strategic Director of Birds Colombia, Coordinator of the Global Big Day and President of the Caldense Ornithological Society.
They are members of the national committee of the Global Big Day Colombia and creators of:

• Birds Colombia project that works for the education and conservation of species.
• La Bandada group of bird photographers.
• The Birds Guardian project for children 9 to 15 years.
