Jaguar Tracking Safari Porto Jofre Cuiaba River

Overview

If you are obsessed with Jaguars (like us) this is the perfect plan for you. During this tour we will be tracking jaguars and experiencing really close their daily routines. Keep in mind that we will also be surrounded by other animals and wildlife, perfect situations for photo safaris.

The tour takes place in the western part of the state of Mato Grosso. This area is characterized by its fluvial sources: The Encontro das Aguas park, which includes the Rio Cuiaba and Tres Irmaos, are the main source of income and transportation in the region and is located at the end of the Transpanteneira route.

Thanks to the sandbanks formed on the river shores it is possible to see entire families of Jaguars in the middle of their normal activities.
