You can see wildlife such as capybaras, white-tailed deer, alligators, cattle, wild horses, and a great number of birds such as herons, plovers, owls, ibis, and a variety of countless surprises that inhabit these lands. Return to the hotel in the late afternoon. If the sun has already set, you can try to spot nocturnal wildlife and if the weather is good, you can see the multitude of stars. Juan Solito Ecolodge

Located 180km away from Yopal, in the Llanos area, the ecolodge Juan Solito welcomes you in its small structure built with local materials, in complete harmony with the local architecture and with the Aurora natural Reserve. The hotel offers 7 rooms with its own private bathroom, and only welcomes a small amount of travelers, 21 at a time. Camping or hammocks are also available. The ecolodge is an ecological building so there will be no air conditioning system and the electricity is limited to 4 hours at night. Several activities are available in the hotel to let you enjoy the surrounding ecosystem. Lunch and dinner are included.
